    Payments

    Scheduling

    Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system (Acuity Scheduling).

    Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and arriving on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered missed.

    • Coaching subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

    • Fees already paid are non-refundable.

    • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered missed.

    • Missed sessions without providing at least 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
